Appointment of Comité REACH

The enforcement of REACH in Luxembourg is coordinated in a joint Committee, the Comité REACH. The members of the Committee have been appointed and the Committee met for the first time on 18 March. Further meetings are planned in the near future to coordinate a system of official controls and to ensure that the provisions on penalties applicable for infringement of the provisions of REACH (Paquet REACH) are implemented in Luxembourg.
