ECHA recently launched a public consultation on harmonising classification and labelling of two substances.

- Leucomalachite Green (CAS : 129-73-7, EC : 204-961-9). Deadline: 05/08/2010
- 4-tert-Butylbenzoic acid (CAS: 98-73-7, EC: 202-696-3). Deadline: 22/08/2010
Since the entry into force of the CLP Regulation, also manufacturers, importers and downstream users of substances are allowed to propose a harmonised classification and labelling of a substance. You will find the so called CLH report format here.
