CLP and REACH : Safety Data Sheets
The Commission Regulation 453/2010 – amending annex II of REACH has been published in the Official Journal on 31May 2010.
This update take into account the handling of SDS during the transitional period and included two versions of annex II:
- The first one will enter in force on 01/12/2010 (when CLP becomes obligatory for substances)
- The second one will enter in force on 01/06/2015 (when CLP becomes obligatory for mixtures)
