- C&L bulk XLM creator to generate notification files in XML format that can be submitted to the C&L inventory via the REACH-IT system
- Group creator tool to define your group of manufacturers and/or importers for C&L notification
ECHA has published an update of the guidance on the preparation of dossiers for harmonised classification and labelling proposals
An important change is that manufacturers, importers and downstream users can now also submit a proposal for harmonized classification and labeling of a substance, as well as Member State Competent Authorities
