CLP Fee Regulation adopted

The Commission regulation (EU) No 440/2010 of 21 May 2010 on the fees payable to the European Chemicals Agency pursuant to Regulation (EC) N° 1272/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council on classification, labelling and packaging of substances and mixtures entered in force on 25 May 2010.

This regulation determines fees payable to the ECHA, linked to CLP regulation.
