Luxembourg: law and regulation proposal on REACH and CLP
During the Conseil du Gouvernement meeting of 30 July, a proposal for a new law on control and penalties in the context of REACH and CLP was adopted. Furthermore, a proposal for a regulation abrogating the regulation grand-ducal of 23 September 2005 on safety data sheet was also adopted.
