Environmental legislation is constantly evolving and often covers a multitude of different topics. One of the challenges a company faces is to know how to approach this permanent evolution and to foresee the up-coming changes. Where do you find the relevant information and applicable requirements? How do you spot them quickly? Regarding the requirements of the management standards, such as the ISO 14001 standard, the question arises whether these facilitate the identification of processes and the compliance with the different applicable legal requirements. Objectives
