Luxembourg was represented at the 5th International Conference on Chemicals Management (ICCM5), held from 25 to 29 September 2023.

After a week of intense negotiations and discussions, the multilateral and international cooperation community has succeeded in establishing a strategic framework for the responsible management of chemicals and waste. This framework strengthens the global response to the challenge of the so-called "triple planetary crisis" - climate change, biodiversity loss and, in particular for this topic, the pollution of our planet.
