82 % of inspected internet advertisements for hazardous chemicals lack required warning

ECHA just published <link https: echa.europa.eu documents forum_project_report_on_control_of_internet_sales_en.pdf af16b41f-af9b-348c-facd-ed4b7426f0d8 _blank>a report on the Forum Pilot Project on CLP focusing on control of internet sales. One of the findings of this enforcement project, in which online advertisements for hazardous chemical mixtures were checked, was that a significant number of these come without the required hazard statements. Administrative orders, fines and criminal complaints were issued consequently.
