A regulation amending the appendices to Annex XVII REACH published

On 2 May, a new regulation amending the appendices Annex XVII REACH (<link http: eur-lex.europa.eu legal-content en txt pdf _blank>Regulation (EU) 2018/675) has been published.

The amendment concern respectively:

  • The column 1 of the entries 28 to 30 whose sentences have been changed;
  • The Appendix 2 with 10 entries inserted in the order of the index numbers;
  • The Appendix 4 with 3 entries inserted in order of index numbers;
  • The Appendix 9 with 10 entries inserted in order of index numbers.
