An amendment of the POPs Regulation under preparation
The Commision has just published a draft project of an amendment of POPs Regulation.
This amendment plan to modify the Annex I of the POPs Regulation as regards the listing of perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA), its salts and PFOA-related compounds.
