On the 26 October a consolidated version of the Paquet REACH has been published.

This consolidated version includes the Loi du 16 mai 2019 portant modification de la loi du 16 décembre 2011 entered into force on 25 may 2019.

As reminder, consolidation consists of incorporating successive amendments to a legal act. Its purpose is to improve the transparency of the law and make it more accessible. This consolidated text has only documentary value. It is important to note that it has no legal value.
