Draft grand-ducal regulation relating to tattooing techniques
End of March, the Luxembourgish Council of Government adopted the draft Grand-Ducal Regulation amending the Grand-Ducal Regulation of 9 November 2018 implementing the amended law of 24 May 2018 on the hygiene and sanitation conditions relating to the practice of tattooing techniques by skin invasion, piercing, branding, cutting, as well as UV tanning.
The purpose of this draft Grand-Ducal Regulation is to bring Article 4 of the current Grand-Ducal Regulation into line with Annex XVII REACH and to bring it into line with CLP Regulation.
