ECHA and metals and inorganics consortia sign follow-up of MISA agreement

On the 16th of October, ECHA and fifteen metals and inorganics consortia took the next step in formalising formalised their framework for cooperation by signing the Metals and Inorganics Sectorial Approach (MISA) agreement. This follows the signing of the <link https: echa.europa.eu documents jointstatement_signed_eurometaux.pdf _blank>agreement by ECHA and Eurometaux in June.

The MISA agreement aims to support progress on key issues related to the safe use of metal compounds and inorganics throughout the supply chain. It builds on improving the quality of registration dossiers as well as the relevance of risk management measures to the benefit of EU citizens and business.
