End of CLP transitional period – Make sure your SDS are updated!
The two-year transition period to comply with the CLP Regulation ended on the 1st of June 2017. In addition to the obligation to place on the market products labelled in accordance with the CLP, chemical suppliers should also think about updating their safety data sheets (SDS) in accordance with <link http: eur-lex.europa.eu legal-content en txt pdf _blank>Regulation (EU) 2015/830.
After 1 June 2017 only SDSs in accordance with the Annex of Regulation (EU) 2015/830 will be allowed for both substances and mixtures.
