Inspectors from EU will check whether products with consumer and professional uses comply with restrictions under REACH and the POPs Regulation.

They will also check that information on substances of very high concern in products is communicated in the supply chain. To control different pieces of chemical legislation in a more integrated manner, the authorities may also check some aspects of the RoHS and Toy Safety directives. 

Inspections will be done during 2022 with results published by the end of 2023.
