Information from rejected confidentiality claims published more systematically
Since December 2016, data from dossiers with rejected confidentiality claims has been more systematically published in ECHA’s chemicals database. The information is published with the bi-weekly updates of the database once the rejection decision has been sent to the registrant and the legal review period has passed.
