The Commission has requested ECHA to assess the risk of five cobalt salts in industrial and professional uses and restrict those uses where adequate control cannot be demonstrated. ECHA submitted the <link https: echa.europa.eu registry-of-current-restriction-proposal-intentions _blank>intention on 20 July 2017 for submission on 20 July 2018.
