A new Grand-Ducal Regulation related to the aerosol dispensers (<link http: legilux.public.lu eli etat leg rgd a111 jo _blank>Règlement grand-ducal du 3 février 2018 modifiant le règlement grand-ducal modifié du 12 juillet 1995 relatif aux générateurs d'aérosols) has been published in beginning of February.

This new regulation amends the Annex I of the previous regulation, in particular the section 2.2 concerning the provisions related to the labelling. This section mention the specific labelling requirements that any aerosol must respect, in accordance with the labelling requirements of the CLP Regulation.
