New Grand-Ducal Regulation concerning the safety of employees against the risks of exposure to carcinogens or mutagenic agents at work
A new Grand-Ducal Regulation amending Grand-Ducal Regulation of the 14th November 2016 concerning the safety of employees against the risks of exposure to carcinogens or mutagenic agents at work has been published in the Memorial A.
The major modification is related to the Annex III, “Limit values and other directly related provisions” which has been updated with several new substances and occupational exposure limit values.
