A new delegated regulation concerning CLP Regulation (Delegated regulation (EU) 2023/707) has just been published in the Official Journal.

This new regulation introduces new hazard classes related to:

• endocrine disruptors for Human health and environment;
• Persistent, Bioaccumulative and Toxic or Very Persistent, Very Bioaccumulative (PBT/vPvB) properties; and
• Persistent, Mobile and Toxic or Very Persistent, Very Mobile (PMT/vPvM) properties

These new criteria apply to substances from 1^st May 2025 with a transitional period until 1^st November 2026. For the mixtures, criteria apply from 1^st May 2026 with a transitional period until 1^st May 2028.
