New Luxembourgish law on persistent organic pollutants published
On the 13th of March 2020, a new national law related to persistent organic pollutants (POPs) (Loi du 11 mars 2020 portant certaines modalités d’application et les sanctions du règlement (UE) 2019/1021 du Parlement européen et du Conseil du 20 juin 2019 concernant les polluants organiques persistants) has been published on the Mémorial A.
This law defines the competent authorities and lays down certain implementing rules and penalties for the POP Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2019/1021).
