A report on the pilot project on recovered substances exempted from REACH registration has just been published.

Results from the Forum pilot enforcement project on substances recovered from waste reveal that
26 % of checked substances are in breach of REACH.

Main concerns were substance identity and non-compliant lacks of information regarding CLP. ECHA gave recommendations on how to solve this issue. More information can be found in ECHA’s news.
