Publication of the grand-ducal regulation on tattooing techniques
The Grand-Ducal Regulation of June 2, 2022 amending the Grand-Ducal Regulation of November 9, 2018 implementing the amended law of May 24, 2018 on the hygiene and sanitation conditions relating to the practice of tattooing techniques by skin invasion, piercing, branding, cutting, as well as UV tanning has just been published in the Mémorial A.
This Grand-Ducal Regulation modifies its article 4 in order to align it with annex XVII of the REACH regulation (and in particular the substances covered by the restriction on substances contained in tattoo inks and permanent make-up) and with the CLP regulation.
