Restriction dossier for substances in single-use nappies submitted
France has submitted a proposal to restrict formaldehyde, PAHs, dioxins, furans and PCBs in single-use baby nappies. The proposal will now be evaluated by ECHA’s scientific Committees for Risk Assessment (RAC) and Socio-economic Analysis (SEAC), and will be subject to a stakeholder consultation.
