Member States will finalise the 2021 substance evaluation on 17 March 2022. ECHA will send the finalised draft decisions to registrants for commenting as they arrive, and wherever possible, within two weeks of their receipt. Companies will then have 30 days to submit their comments.

The draft decisions address five substances for which further information is needed to clarify identified concerns.
