The <link https: comments.echa.europa.eu comments_cms substanceidentityadaptation.aspx _blank>substance identity adaptation webform has been modified to remind co-registrants of their obligation to keep their dossiers up to date when submitting their joint submission plan and documentary evidence.

The service was launched in <link https: newsletter.echa.europa.eu home newsletter entry _blank>2014 to enable registrants to change the chemical identifiers, e.g.  EC number in their REACH dossiers, if the substance has been incorrectly identified.
