On the 25th of May, the European Data Protection Regulation (<link https: eur-lex.europa.eu legal-content en txt pdf _blank>GDPR), which regulates the processing and the use of personal data of EU citizens, recently entered into force.

The personal data processed as part of your registration to our REACH and CLP newsletters are the information concerning the subscriber that are provided to the Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology (LIST) within the framework of the REACH&CLP Luxembourg Helpdesk at the time of your subscription to these newsletters.

The personal data collected in this context are processed by LIST to meet the objectives of legitimate interests pursued by LIST within the framework of the REACH&CLP Luxembourg Helpdesk for the purpose of sending the so called newsletters.

LIST keeps and processes your personal data during the period of your subscription to the REACH and CLP newsletters and only for this purpose. Your data will be erased after you end your subscription. You can unsubscribe at any time.

You can at any time:

a) access, free of charge the personal data held about you and receive additional information on how it is processed;
b) request the rectification or deletion of such data when the processing thereof is no longer necessary or lawful, or require the limitation of such processing;
c) to oppose at any time, for reasons related to your particular situation, the processing of such personal data;
d) receive your personal data for transmission to another responsible person for data protection.
