The OECD published seven new, five updated and six corrected Test Guidelines.

Three new Test Guidelines provide mechanistic information on metabolism (TG 445A), genotoxicity (TG 446A), endocrine disruption (TG 454A), by means of in vitro test systems. Two new Test Guidelines address specific properties of nanomaterials such as dustiness (TG 127) and solubility in environmental media (TG 322). Two new Test Guidelines concern terrestrial toxicity to bumblebees (TG 255) and earthworms (TG 256).

Skin sensitisation methods and approaches have also been added to existing Test Guidelines (TG 429, TG 442D, TG 497) to reflect the broad range of validated options available to users.
