The Grand-Ducal Regulation of 16 July 2026 strengthening the protection of employees against risks associated with chemical agents and CMRs in the workplace has just been published in the Mémorial A. It transposes into Luxembourg law a 2024 European directive concerning limit values for lead and its inorganic compounds and for diisocyanates (Directive (EU) 2024/869) and amends the two existing national regulations relating to chemical agents and CMRs, respectively.
