Intentions to identify six substances as SVHCs has been received for:

• Hexamethyldisiloxane;
• Dodecamethylpentasiloxane;
• Decamethyltetrasiloxane;
• 1,1,1,3,5,5,5-heptamethyltrisiloxane;
• 1,1,1,3,5,5,5-heptamethyl-3-[(trimethylsilyl)oxy]trisiloxane; and
• Octamethyltrisiloxane.
