ECHA has recently published a guide for enforcement of mixture classification based on bridging principles.

It explains how the enforcement authorities control the hazard classification of mixtures where duty holders’ classification is based on bridging principles.

The guide also includes two examples of mixture classification to clarify how the enforcement authorities will apply the principle of “substantially similar mixture”.
