New enforcement project on safe use of chemicals in workplaces
ECHA’s Enforcement Forum agreed on the next EU-wide REACH enforcement project (REF-15).
In 2027, inspectors will check the safe use information in safety data sheets (SDS). Additionally, they will check if the recommended risk management measures are implemented at the workplace.
