Update of several appendices of annex XVII REACH
The Commission recently published the Regulation (EU) 2025/1731 amending appendices 2, 4, 6 and 11 of Annex XVII of REACH. These appendices are related to the entries 28-30 of Annex XVII of REACH concerning the restriction of CMR substances. Whereas appendices 2, 4 and 6 contain lists of substances affected by entries 28-30 due to their classification as CMR substance. Appendix 11 contains substances that have a derogation for certain uses.
The updated appendices will enter into force the 1st September 2025.
