ECHA recently published the updated PFAS restriction proposal.

The update has been by the 5 initial submitting authorities from Denmark, Germany, the Netherlands, Norway and Sweden after evaluating more than 5600 comments received during the public consultation in 2023. This is not a final document and may be updated further in the future, as ECHA’s scientific committees RAC and SEAC are still evaluating the proposed restriction.
