ECHA plans to launch a consultation on the Socio-Economic Analysis Committee’s (SEAC) draft opinion on the proposed PFAS restriction after SEAC’s meeting in March 2026.

The draft opinion will cover the evaluation of the socio-economic aspects. The consultation will have a structured survey-format and will be open for 60 days.
