At the Council of Ministers meeting on 19 September, the ministers approved the draft Grand Ducal Regulation amending the Grand Ducal Regulation on the protection of the safety and health of employees against risks related to chemical agents in the workplace and the Grand Ducal Regulation on the protection of employees against risks related to exposure to carcinogens, mutagens or reprotoxic substances in the workplace.

This draft Grand Ducal regulation aims to transpose Directive (EU) 2024/869 with regard to limit values for lead and its inorganic compounds and for diisocyanates.
