On 16^th of October 2025, nearly 20 participants attended the online conference focusing on the obligations related to substances in articles, organised by the REACH&CLP Helpdesk Luxembourg.

This webinar was held to inform about the responsibilities of each producer, importer and supplier of articles to ensure the safe use of the articles they place on the EU market. The online session provided an overview of how articles are defined under REACH, what requirements apply to substances on the Candidate List (SVHCs) contained in articles, and the registration requirements for substances intended to be released intentionally.

This online session also served as a platform for participants to ask questions to the members of the REACH&CLP Helpdesk Luxembourg.
