ECHA has published a screening report to assess whether the use of reaction products of 1,3,4-thiadiazolidine-2,5-dithione, formaldehyde and 4-heptylphenol, branched and linear (RP-HP) in articles should be restricted in accordance with REACH Article 69(2). 

ECHA recommends that any action on RP-HP substances in articles should be considered as part of the broader hydrocarbylphenolscase (entry 1.4 of Annex II of the Restriction Roadmap).
