REF-12 project report published
ECHA has just published the report of the enforcement Forum project REF-12 related to compliance of imported substances, mixtures and articles.
In the context of an EU-wide enforcement project, the Forum found that one third of the inspected substances in mixtures had no REACH registration. Further information is available in ECHA’s press release.
