At its March meeting, ECHA’s Enforcement Forum discussed several action points:

• Preparation of the upcoming enforcement project on the interaction between REACH and occupational safety and health requirements.
• Pilot project focusing on the export and import of substances and mixtures under the Prior Informed Consent (PIC) Regulation.
• Enforcement of REACH restrictions and control of online sales.
