An initiative concerning the update of Annex VI of the CLP regulation is under preparation.

This Delegated Act aims to assign notes to certain substances that will be listed in Annex VI to the CLP Regulation in accordance with its Article 37(7) as they have been identified as endocrines disruptors or persistent and bioaccumulative substances under the REACH, the Plant Protection Products and/or the Biocidal Products Regulations These notes provide further instructions on how to classify and label these substances or mixtures containing them.
