On 30 April 2026, nearly 50 participants attended the online conference on the restriction of microplastics, with a particular focus on industry, organised by the REACH&CLP Helpdesk Luxembourg.

The aim of this webinar was to inform industry representatives about all the conditions contained in the restriction on microplastics. To this end, following a brief overview of the restriction procedure, the REACH&CLP Helpdesk Luxembourg provided a more detailed presentation of the restriction on microplastics. In addition, participants were given a general overview by the Environment Administration (AEV) of the various controls put in place by the Luxembourg authorities under both REACH and CLP.

This online session also served as a platform for participants to ask questions to the members of the REACH&CLP Helpdesk Luxembourg.
