Following the change of the CLP Regulation, as of July 2026 ECHA will start publishing the names of companies that have notified information to the C&L Inventory. Only the identity of companies related to active C&L notifications will be published for the time being.

Notifiers that wish to keep their name confidential must submit a request by 30 June 2026.
