The Annex VIII Guidance has been corrected to clarify UFI labelling responsibilities for imported mixtures.

The corrigendum confirms that EU importers are responsible for placing the Unique Formula Identifier (UFI) on labels, and recommends using the EU importer's UFI when products are labelled before reaching the EU market. This introduces no new obligations, but ensures the roles of EU importers and non-EU suppliers are described consistently and accurately.
