Annex I of POPs Regulation updated
A new amendment of the Annex I to the POPs Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2021/115) has been published in the Official Journal.
The amendment updates the fourth column (“Specific exemption on intermediate use or other specification”) of the part A of the Annex I of the entry for perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA), its salts and PFOA-related compounds.
