Assessment report for 10 phthalates published
ECHA has published an Article 69(2) assessment report.
The report concluded that further examination of the risks from the use of 10 phthalates in articles should be considered as part of a larger investigation to address risks of ortho-phthalates. Ortho-phthalates are listed in the Restriction Roadmap that the EU Commission is expected to publish soon.
