ECHA has just launched a <link https: echa.europa.eu support guidance consultation-procedure ongoing-clp _blank>consultation on the draft guidance on the new Annex of the CLP Regulation. The consultation focuses on the interpretation and application of the new Annex VIII to the CLP Regulation. Annex VIII CLP deals with harmonised information relating to emergency health response ultimately used by poison centres.

The final guidance is expected to be published in December 2018.
