Consultation on the proposed restriction of MCCPs and other substances
ECHA launched a 6-month consultation on the proposed restriction of medium-chain chlorinated paraffins (MCCPs)
ECHA submitted a proposal to restrict the manufacture, use and placing on the market of substances, mixtures and articles containing MCCPs as well as other substances containing chloroalkanes with carbon chain lengths ranging from C14 to C17 with PBT and/or vPvB properties.
The consultation is open until 22 March 2023.
