The Enforcement Forum held a meeting on the 27 March 2025 and it agreed on the scope of controls for the upcoming enforcement project.

This will cover the classification, labelling and packaging of hazardous mixtures. The project will also include mixtures in products, for example nicotine products, or products that contain scented mixtures, like fresheners.

The project will also check the new requirements of the CLP regulation that will start to apply in 2026.
